DeliveryDue to COVID-19 all orders are sent out only once a week (every monday) and are delivered within 48 hours (for France only).
Once your order has been sent out, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information to check the up-to-date status of your package.

Log into “My Account” using your email address and password.
Select “My Orders” to access your order history and tracking information.
Delivery error
In the event of a mistake in your order we are committed to providing you with the utmost customer support to resolve the situation in a timely manner.
Return policy :
1. Use the Maison NOIR Return Form.
2. On the Return Form, specify the reason for return: Delivery error
3. Send return by standard mail including your Return Form. Your return package must include the Return Form and return delivery receipt.
Upon receipt of your return package, the item originally ordered will be sent out and we will credit your account for the return shipping charges (as per shipping receipt)
Defective item
In the event that you received a defective product we are committed to providing you with the utmost customer support to resolve the situation in a timely manner.
Return policy:

3. Send return by standard mail including your Return Form. Your return package must include the Return Form and return shipping receipt.
Upon receipt of your defective item, a new replacement will be sent out immediately and we will credit your account for the return shipping charges (as per shipping receipt)
Any defective item purchased on our website www.maisonnoirmonaco.com must be returned within 10 days. To ensure reimbursement of your shipping charges, you must include your return shipping receipt in your return package.
